π¨ Dessert Candle Safety (Jar Candles)
Our dessert jar candles have whipped wax and decorative embeds for a dessert-like look.
-
Trim wick to ΒΌ inch before the first burn.
-
First burn: 10 minutes only, then extinguish, allow to cool fully, and relight if desired.
-
Following burns: 2.5β3 hours max per session.
-
Never exceed 3 hours of continuous burn time.
-
Remove decorative wax embeds (toppings) before burning.
-
Use embeds separately in a wax warmer as melts.
-
Always burn on a heat-resistant, level surface.
-
Discontinue use when Β½ inch of wax remains.

π§ Cupcake & πΈ Flower Candle Safety (Freestanding)
Cupcake, mini cupcake, and flower candles are freestanding candles (not in jars). They need extra care:
-
Always place on a heat-safe surface at least 5 inches wide (plate, glass, ceramic, or other heat-resistant tray).
-
As the candle melts, wax will expand and spread across the plate β the plate will catch overflow safely.
-
Melted wax can be reused in a wax warmer.
-
Never burn directly on countertops or furniture.
-
Trim wick to ΒΌ inch before each use.
-
Burn in 1-hour increments only. Extinguish, allow to cool, then relight if desired.
-
Remove decorative wax embeds before lighting; use them as wax melts.
-
Stop use when Β½ inch of wax remains.
β οΈ REMEMBER: THIS IS WAX. HEAT, DO NOT EAT!
π‘ Wickless Candles & Wax Melts
Wickless candles and wax melts are for warmers only.
-
Use an electric wax warmer (15β25W) or a UL-listed tea-light warmer.
-
Session length: 2β4 hours per warming cycle.
-
Place warmer on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts.
-
Do not overfill warmer dish (keep Β½ββ full max).
-
Do not add water, oils, or other substances.
-
Do not move warmer while wax is liquid.
-
For wickless candles: place on a plate-style warmer with a heat-safe tray beneath it, since the entire candle may soften/melt down.
-
Replace wax using cotton-ball or chill-and-pop methods.
-
Never pour melted wax down drains.
