BrookieGirl LLC Shipping Policy:

Regular Shipping:

Processing/Lead Time: We take pride in handcrafting our products to ensure freshness. Please allow a processing/lead time of 3 days for the creation of your order. Due to the nature of our handmade production, occasional shipping delays may occur. External factors, such as weather conditions, can also impact delivery timelines. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, with shipping carriers collecting packages at 5 pm daily.

Carriers:

We have chosen reliable carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number if available from the shipping carrier. Please be aware that some orders shipped using 1st Class USPS mail may not have tracking numbers. Additionally, UPS cannot be used for deliveries to PO Box addresses.

Shipping Rates:

The shipping cost for your order is calculated based on the weight of your products and your delivery location. To ensure transparency, you will be presented with the shipping cost before completing the final checkout. At this stage, you will have the option to review, modify, cancel, or proceed with your order.

Back Orders:

In the event that an item is placed on back order, we will promptly ship the portion of your order that is currently in stock. Once the back-ordered item becomes available, the remaining items will be shipped to you. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for the second shipment.

Note: Applies exclusively to the contiguous U.S. Shipping to PO Box addresses and APO/FPO is not available.
